Anytime Fitness - Executive - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Protectively attend and respond phone calls and e-mails.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assure satisfactory level of service is being provided to customers.
- Maintain a polite attitude towards customers when interacting on call.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in fitness industry would be an add on.
- Must be comfortable with answering multiple calls per day.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Decent command on spoken English with fluency.
- Graduate candidates or Result awaited candidate can apply.
- Should have a go getter attitude.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
