As a digital first platform, Social Media is an integral, indispensable part of our business. As a social media Specialist, you will be responsible for driving engagement and performance on multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities : 

1. Strategy : Following a number centric approach to social media; tracking performance & analytics on daily basis, and regineering social media strategy accordingly.

2. Execution: Content management across multiple social media platforms.

- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)

- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.

- Leverage the right tools to manage your content.

- Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)

3. Community Management : Manage and overseeing social media activities, campaigns and engagement

Qualifications : 

- Proficiency in many social media platforms. Someone who is creative and thinks out of the box, yet has a strong hold on numbers and metrics.

- Strong understanding of the target market (urban Indian women in the age group 25-35 years). Understanding of latest trends, consumer insight and the overall space in general

- Proven experience at least 1 year, having driven social media for either a single brand, or within an agency setting

- Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
