JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

2. Convert prospects into customers by show casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.

3. Establish, maintain and foster relationships with clients

4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the projects

6. Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections

7. Create, maintain and update frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

8. Participate in exhibitions and conferences as per the need

9. Collaborate with team members to achieve best results

10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for improvement of services

11. Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualification & Experience :

1. Bachelors or Master's degree from a recognized university (candidates with marketing, promotions, Business development will be preferred)

2. 4 to 6 years of working experience in Sales /Business development/ Marketing with at least 2 yrs of working experience in real estate

3. Proven record of successful deal closures

4. Should have strong domain knowledge with proven track record on customer centric

Skills :

1. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

2. Customer service mindset with focus on quality

3. Self-driven with results driven approach

4. Ability to build, develop and maintain long term customer/client relationship

5. Hands on experience with CRM software

6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

7. Interpersonal Skills & time management skills

8. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
