- Delivered convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors.
- Researched properties pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients.
- Effectively market the community through the development of a leads base and selling the community through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads.
- Assisting Buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site.
- Assisting buyers with the financing of their new Site purchase.
- Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions, can manage team, drawing conclusion.
- Maintain relationship with new and existing client for referrals
- Requirements
- Should have good communication skills.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
