Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Interacting with day to day walk-ins, counselling candidates.
2. Conversions of walk-in / prospective to final admissions,
3. Attending all incoming & outgoing calls related to admissions.
4. Maintaining database of new and existing candidates,
5. Arranging seminars & workshop in different institutes and taking care of all the out door marketing activities.
6. Participating educational fair & events.
Skills & Competencies :
1. Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
2. Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance
3. Should have good knowledge and practical experience in the area of student counselling, Should be able to convert leads.
4. Must have the inclination towards society and working for marginalized community ;
5. Prior experience as a counsellor will be added advantage
