Antier - Manager - Sales & Business Development (2-6 yrs)

Job Brief :


We are looking for an experienced sales manager situated in Bengaluru to contribute to our company's sales objectives. Your responsibilities include interacting and building long-term client relationships with big 4 companies.

As a sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication skills are also essential for this position.

You would also be responsible for generating new sales channel with deep client engagements (Big 4 companies) and run effective campaigns to promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities :

- Maintaining good work relationships with clients in big four companies by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

- Owning and hitting/exceeding sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Promoting the company's existing Product and Services and introducing new products to the market

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments with the Big 4 companies and expand market share

- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

- Participate in the monthly and quarterly planning of company objectives

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelors or MBA degree (preferred) IITs/IIMs or Tier I institutes

- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and client service skills

- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing

- Experience in making sales pipeline.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and meeting targets.
