Antier - Creative Graphic Designer (1-2 yrs)
Creative Designer :
Role : The Creative Designer will be responsible for crafting social media creatives, directing video content, designing pitch decks and presentations, as well as developing print materials.
Responsibilities :
Graphic Design :
- Develop visually engaging graphics for various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Create and refine design elements such as logos, icons, and infographics.
Branding :
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels.
Digital Design :
- Design and optimize user interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve digital design capabilities.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to ensure design solutions align with overall objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and enhance visual impact.
Project Management :
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when needed.
Creative Thinking :
- Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with project goals and target audience.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide design insights.
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelor of Fine Arts or Master of Fine Arts.
