Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our database.

- Introduce and promote [product/service] to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.

- Engage in consultative selling to understand the customer's needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

- Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts.

- Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

- Take ownership of leads full funnel from lead to revenue

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Being graduate is a must

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS office / ERP tool basics

- Good comprehension skills ( ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present)
