Role: Business Development Manager - Enterprise Business

- The person will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and managing strategic accounts and corporate deals with to drive business growth for Antara Assisted care. The person will work closely with leadership to develop initiatives, plan events and sales strategies along with the partners to meet defined performance, engagement and revenue growth objectives.

- Our businesses are growing at a rapid pace and we have established relationships with some renowned hospitals in Delhi NCR and are looking to expand this segment to support our overall business goals.


Key responsibilities :

1. Selling products and services to existing clients and tie-up with new clients or corporate companies in order to increase revenue for the company

2. Developing and managing complex sales strategies, including forecasting potential revenue streams

3. Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement

4. Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals from existing customers

5. Building relationships with current clients in order to increase sales through repeat business from existing customers

6. Developing plans to increase revenue within existing markets while identifying new markets that could provide future growth opportunities

7. Establishing pricing structures for products or services to ensure profitability

8. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales leads, and increase revenue

9. Coordinating with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure that clients receive high quality service


Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience 6+ Years in in Enterprise sales, corporate tie-ups

- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise account

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Being able to work independently, build relationships and respond quickly

Salary upto 9 Lacs & Huge Incentives

Location: Delhi/NCR
