ANS eCommerce - Senior eCommerce Growth Associate - Marketing (2-7 yrs)
Role: Sr. Ecommerce Growth Associate - Full Time (Gurgaon)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive business growth of clients across 5-6 categories including Fashion, Food, Sports, Home Decor and Appliances, etc.,
- Plan and execute marketing for all marketplaces (Specially AMS & Flipkart), including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and content creation.
- Experience in Amazon and Flipkart Marketing (AMS, PLA, PCA, DSP)
- Manage and scale e-commerce campaigns of big brands globally
- Amazon certified (preferred)
- Working Proficiency with AMS
- Strategies media campaigns and align it against the whole digital marketing strategy
- Find new opportunities to grow revenue and sales.
- Handon experience in portal management like Amazon In, Flipkart, Cloudtail, Amazon pie, AMS, Myntra, Nykaa.
- Engage with respective category heads/ SPOCs at all marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
- Client on-boarding on e-com marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc.
- Create, manage and optimize client's product listing on marketplaces
Requirements:
- Graduate (bachelor's degree) with a learning attitude and flexible to work in a start-up environment (ambiguity & constant change)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation skills with attention to details
- 2-7 years prior experience in e-commerce (preferably Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, or Amazon)
- Understand the various small/big sales growth levers on Indian marketplaces
- Excellent project management skills, team player, and highly collaborative
