ANS eCommerce - Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities

- The prospect will be responsible for the sales of products in the Enterprise segment in the India region primarily and achieve the sales revenue/targets

- Own the sales cycle right from prospecting clients, introducing ANS Commerce, positioning, presenting solutions, negotiations till sales closure

- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to their specifications

- To work closely with the Technology team to drive deals, solutions and work on RFPs/Requirement documents for proposals

- Developing and implementing new logo acquisition strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets, etc.

- Prepare business development strategies by proactively researching and anticipating prospective client needs

- Work closely with Inside Sales/Marketing team to target customers via Google/FB/LinkedIn

- Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients

Requirements:

Years of Experience:

- 3-8 years- experience in end-to-end sales with an E-commerce background

Other Skills and Abilities:

- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills

- Strong knowledge of Indian E-commerce industry/ related technology/warehousing / Payments / Marketplaces / Brand e-store

- Strong Presentation / Excel skills, should understand making models, ROI Plans, in excel sheet properly (mandatory)

- Ability to engage and influence a client, Effective in handling technical pre-sales activities. - Experience in solution selling to enterprises (E-commerce, CRM, ERP, SAAS, OMS, Payment solutions)

- Concept selling, software solution sales experience

- Should be eager to understand Technology & Client E-commerce requirements

- Should be able to handle mid/ large RFPs and create proposals basis the same

- Should have worked on CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc for sure

- Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions related to E-commerce / Warehousing / Digital marketing / Marketplaces

- Preference of Professional background (In either or both of the following) - B2B Channel Sales (Solutions)

- Direct Solution Sales (Ecommerce, Warehousing, Digital Marketing, CRM, ERP, etc.)

- Experience in Selling in the Domestic Market is a plus
