ANS eCommerce - Content Writer - Search Engine Optimization (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for creating content (blogs, social media creatives, Twitter threads, etc.) optimized for SEO and lead generation.
- Research ideas & prepare a monthly content calendar for website blog and social media channels.
- Leverage trending topics and memes to drive engagement.
- Press release writing (as well as other forms of PR--media pitches, articles, etc.)
- Implementing various elements of a client's content marketing strategy as instructed by Project Managers.
- Research competitors and recommend new industry topics.
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Update website content and pages regularly.
- Manage & coordinate with PR agencies.
Desired Skills & Experience :
Must-have :
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing.
- Should be good with design (Canva etc.) and creative ideas.
- Should be high on ownership with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines
Good to have :
- Proficiency in using WordPress.
- B2B and D2C content marketing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce industry
