Role : Business Associate - Full Time (Gurgaon)

- We are looking for self-driven individuals with prior experience in e-commerce.

The key responsibilities include :

- Liaison with clients for optimization of brand store (brand websites / marketplaces) for listings, features etc. for effective marketing results.

- Liaison with clients for marketing planning, creative requirements and execution.

- Liaison with internal teams for execution of product & marketing activities and plans.

- Monitor daily performance trends and provide actionable recommendations / feedback to product & marketing teams.

- Ensure fast turnaround time for client requests and improve client servicing experience.

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Support the Business Manager to achieve business objectives.

- Research and identify new trends in e-commerce.

Requirements :

- Graduate (bachelor's degree) with a learning attitude and flexible to work in a start-up environment.

- Strong communication, problem solving, accountability, presentation skills with attention to details.

- 1-3 years- prior experience in e-commerce.

- Excellent project management skills, team player and highly collaborative.

- Microsoft Office tools (basic Excel is a must).
