Role :


- Associate Business Director works closely with Business Director, helping drive & deliver the ecommerce growth & customer experience strategy for clients. She/he builds durable relationships with clients across all levels & functions. Associate Business Director is able to assist in ensuring client success & delight, growing our business and creating a growth path for themselves within the organization.

- Associate Business Director is able to guide, deliver to and partner with clients- internal Planning team while playing an active - hands- on- role in the deployment of ecommerce plans. This role will help drive outcomes for clients.

- Associate Business Directors are role-models, building our capabilities & capacities, teams, and business in many critical ways. This role is for digital warriors & ecommerce professionals looking to turbocharge their careers in the ecommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

1. Understanding client's ecommerce objectives/goals & our deliverables, and drive mutual success for the agreed KPIs

2. Formulate & communicate key strategic recommendations based on client's context, strategy, and challenges

3. Contribute ideas to grow the client's ecommerce business proactively

4. Manage & drive performance of a team of Business Managers, Business Associates, and others

5. Coordinate with and be an internal client to the functions viz. Product, Fulfillment, and Marketing

6. Own & drive monthly, weekly, daily client interactions (meetings/calls) - status reporting & reviews, insights, escalations, and forward strategy

7. Deliver financial discipline (Forecast-Delivery-Payment) of the accounts


Desired Skill set :

1. 4+ years of experience, and demonstrated success in ecommerce (on brandstore, performance marketing, marketplace management and warehousing and fulfillment.)

2. Experience & capability in one or more area - Performance Marketing and brandstore growth.

3. Ecommerce experience will be a plus

4. Have exposure to managing clients and have managed team

5. Great planning and organizational skills, ability to lead projects & work with cross-functional teams and/or third-party partners

6. Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance / Analytics / Advertising

7. Solid work-ethic: Results-driven, detail-oriented, structured in formal communications and a good presenter with a Professional & positive approach
