Roles and Responsibilities :
- Call US Health Insurances and work on denials, appeals.
- Call US Health Insurances for Eligibility & Benefits Verifications
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adheres to the quality standards.
- Candidates with Good attitude and Good Communication Skill(English) are preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Review of Insurance A/R.
- Denial Management.
- Eligibility & Benefits Verification.
