Angel Broking - Team Manager - Telesales (3-7 yrs)
- Managing team of Telecallers and driving sales targets to achieve the assigned Goal sheet.
- Responsible for Acquiring New Customer Acquisition through Online Sales
- Developing and motivating team to deliver assigned targets
- Developing and conducting Lead Management activities.
- Tracking daily performance of assigned team and share feedback's to improve performance.
- Training team on product and services & Ensure adherence to Sales Processes.
- Publish productivity report on hourly basis and weekly basis
- Ensure timely closure of Lead assigned to team.
- Manage team attrition.
- Ensuring that the team is trained on all products and Operational procedures and take care on Regulatory Changes.
