- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable property options (residential & commercial).

- Provide comprehensive property information and market insights.

- Conduct property viewings and negotiations.

- Assist with documentation and ensure a smooth transaction process.

- Follow-up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Proven track record of building strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market (preferred).

- Strong understanding of real estate processes and documentation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
