Anarock - Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)
Job description :
- Sell Plots/Residential property in Hyderabad market.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
- Cold Calling.
- Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
- Someone who is flexible to travel frequently.
Well verse with Hyderabad Geography.
Required Candidate profile :
- Min 2-4 Years of Experience in selling of plots.
- Interested to work for Real Estate Industry.
- Should be willing to work on Weekends.
- Any Graduation is Must.
- Experience in Real Estate Sales is an Added Advantage.
Functional Skills :
- Understanding of the Real Estate Business.
- Build and handle a strong network of connections.
