Job Description:

As a Sales Representative specializing in real estate within the banking or insurance sector, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, establish rapport, and guide them through the process of purchasing or leasing residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect, identify, and generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and cold calling.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide personalized property solutions to clients based on their requirements and financial capabilities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Coordinate property viewings, negotiate terms, and facilitate the closing of sales transactions.

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, finance, and legal departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless transactions.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Requirements:

- Degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in banking or insurance sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to analyze property values, mortgage options, and investment returns.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the Gorakhpur and Bahraich real estate market is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits.
