ANAROCK - Executive/Officer/Manager - Residential Sales - Real Estate Sector (1-6 yrs)

Job Description for this profile:

1. Sell residential properties in Noida Ghaziabad market.

2. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.

3. Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.

4. Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.

5. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

6. Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.

7. Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales.

8. Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.

9. Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macro economics on the sector.

10. Someone who is flexible to travel frequently.

11. Well verse with NCR geography.

Key Requirements for this profile:

1. Sales Experience of minimum 1 year in any industry.

2. Should possess basic English and Hindi communication skills

3. Salary: BEST IN THE INDUSTRY/ GOOD HIKE ON CURRENT OR LAST SALARY.

4. Incentives which are Performance / Target driven. Candidates will also be eligible for Reimbursement of Mobile & Travelling / Conveyance Expenses
