Anarock - Channel Sales Role (3-7 yrs)
- Direct Sales B2C
- Maintaining a relationship with channel partners and presenting them new investment options in our residential/commercial projects for potential buyers.
- Motivating channel partners to give preference to Century projects by building strong relationships. The central objective would be revenue contribution across projects by increasing lead generation through these Channel Partners.
- Analysing competitors- activities thereby devising strategies to counter them
- Devising strategies and implementing for creating investment interest in clients towards Real Estate Holding.
- Facilitating investment opportunities
- Leverage sales analytics at every stage of the sales process
- Responsible for increasing sales in residential projects.
- Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing key client relationships from time to time
- Deliver revenue growth targets year on year
- MBA in marketing or related field
- Min. 3 to 7 years of experience in real estate company
- Good existing network of Channel Partner
- Experience in Team Handling
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Must be a self-starter with the desire to grow with the organisation by contributing to your individual and organisation success.
