Anarock - Associate/Senior Associate & Assistant Manager - Residential Sales (1-8 yrs)
We are hiring for our Residential sales department at our Noida location as Associate/Senior Associate and Assistant Managers.
Experience : 1-8 years in Sales. ( Non Real estate will also be considered)
Salary : 3-6 LPA and not a bar for the suitable candidate.( Fixed Salary +reimbursement+ unlimited Incentives)
Location : Noida ( 6 days working, Saturday&Sunday working).
Qualification : Any Graduate/post graduate/ MBA preferred.
In property sales you should be:
- An excellent communicator
- A good negotiator
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
- Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
- Able to work under pressure
- Smart and business-like.
Job Description:
- Develops buyers by meeting potential buyers in community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries.
- Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations.
- Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
- Accomplishes brokerage mission by completing related results as needed.
