Analytics Training Hub - Education Counsellor (1-3 yrs)
- Counselling our candidates on the courses we provide and explaining them regarding the tools they are going to learn.
- Working on day to day calls to schedule the classes.
- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners includes counseling through email, phone, chat, and social media, etc.
- Resolving candidate queries related to the course.
- Identifying references through the existing learner's database to increase the sales pipeline.
- Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
- Meet and overachieve the given monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrollments.
- Ability to communicate with senior-level management, to demonstrate counseling services over the phone.
- Handle Objections and Price negotiations in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.
