Job role:
- Looking for handles of brands/ companies/ people specified by the client and collecting them in a template
- Looking for keywords
- Using the keywords to build queries in a social listening tool such as Sprinklr.
- Creating dashboards in the tool
- Creating short reports based on the data from the tool
Should have exposure to working on social media listening tools on aspects such as online search and keyword building
