What is the job like :

- They're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven email marketing specialist who can create, manage, deliver & optimize a variety of high engagement email marketing initiatives.

- You will work with stakeholders cross-functionally to execute key projects with high operational efficiency, provide ROI analysis of all online marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators.

- Location: Mumbai

- Reporting to Associate Director

- Business: Apps and Affiliates

Roles and Responsibilities :

- You should have a working knowledge of running campaigns across a variety of tools, like SendGrid, Active Campaign & internal proprietary tools. Experience with QA tools like Litmus, Mail monitor will be a plus.

- Strong understanding of warmup, data segmentation and utilization.

- Strong understanding of email drip campaign creation, testing/QA, asset management

- Ownership of lists/segments with the objective of maximizing engagement on sends in conjunction with your lead.

- Managing sends and monitoring relevant KPIs

- Reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on quality/discrepancies in campaigns

- Provideactionabledatadriveninsightsandrecommendationstorelevantteamsandsuggest detailed execution plans.

- Contribute to expand and ensure adherence to email best practices.

Who should apply for the role :

- Self-starter who can work independently.

- Able to manage multiple projects. With attention to detail, deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.

- Great analytical and logical ability. Should be familiar with reporting that a Marketing automation tool has to offer and should be able to provide metrics/analysis around campaign quality.

- Motivated to work in a dynamic, results-oriented Internet environment, focused on delivering excellent levels of service to customers.

- You understand the technology and are passionate about building a career in the Internet space

- Experience in performance marketing is a plus.

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.

- You should have 3 - 5 years of experience managing email campaigns. (E-commerce / Ad Tech/Affiliate Marketing Background shall be preferred)

- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills

- Team player who enjoys working with others

- Ability to think through complex problems and find simple solutions to tackle them.

- You have good written and verbal communication skills

- Should possess basic knowledge of HTML
