Job Description :

We have an opening for leading Logistic company located at Andheri east for IT Research Analyst.

- Market Research through media, events, workshops, internet to get strategic insights, customer intelligence, competitor intelligence to gather what all tech developments are happening.

- Identify tools and methods through vendors/alliances, market research and do a gap analysis.

- Ability to identify point of interest, a eye for detail and able to communicate with teams internally as well as other functional stakeholders.

- Make calls, meet with prospects that will give insights to markets.

- Forecasting technological developments and their possible disruption / impacts, to warn and/or prepare plans to address consequences.

- Collaborate with internal business, analytics and data strategy partners to improve efficiency and increase applicability of predictive models into the core software products.

- Help manage the innovation cycle of conducting analyses, generating insights, advocating for integration of new concepts into existing customer tools, helping to translate ad-hoc analyses into scalable software solutions.

- Ability to quickly grasp market trends, changes in consumer and competitor environment to help Blue Dart form a view of market shaping events and forces

- Compiling information and presenting them.
