Work Experience:

3+ years of marketing experience with the last few years in digital & growth marketing, working with high performance marketing teams. Experience in Education Management / EdTech is highly preferred.

Your Job Responsibilities in this role

- Conduct ongoing experiments and tests to optimize the user journey, from awareness to conversion, across all marketing channels (email, social media, paid search, organic search, etc.)

- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing campaigns to improve key performance metrics like click-thru rate, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.

- Collaborate with our content team to create landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing assets that drive user engagement and conversions.

- Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights, and use those insights to make data-driven decisions.

- Develop and manage marketing dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, and report on progress to the marketing team and company leadership.

- Collaborate with our product team to understand customer needs and develop marketing strategies that align with our product roadmap.

- Manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns (paid search, social media, display advertising) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

- Develop and manage partnerships with relevant industry organizations and thought leaders to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve our marketing performance.

- Monitor and report on competitor activity, and use those insights to inform our marketing strategy

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in a growth marketing role

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive marketing decisions.

- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is -or isn't-working

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., LeadSquared).

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, content, sales).

- Strong passion for education and improving the lives of students through innovative marketing strategies.
