Hiring for Inside Sales
Scope of work :
- Fundraising for startups, unlisted and Pre-IPO opportunities, Insurance
- Selling of Fractional Equity & Insurance opportunities.
- Understanding Insurance products and distribution of the same to Clients and Distributors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely resolution of customer queries (Internal and external) and built healthy work relations.
- To ensure that calling happen with-in TAT and required conversion as well.
Job Requirements :
- Graduate/MBA
- 1-5 Years of work experience in Insurance, Fractional Equity, Share Market, collections/ persistency
- Should have knowledge and understanding of basic regulatory requirements and how to meet these on day to day basis.
- Experience of managing customer service/ renewals in any Insurance company
- Good communication and articulation skills
- Interpersonal Skill
- Team Management
