Full time tele-calling

150 calls a day

Convince people to come for free seminar/workshop

Daily target - 20 people

That's easy right- !! You have to sell free stuff!!!

Now even though we are a startup, we are willing to pay handsomely, however we need to be smart as well, we can't pay for effort alone but results also.

I offer Fixed Pay + Conveyance Allowance + Incentives + Super Bonus

This is what it translates to I'm very, very transparent !

12,000 + 2000 + 3000 + 400 for every candidate that we convert from your sales.

So let's take a scenario where on a weekly basis your target is getting 50 people to the workshop and let's say you meet that target on a weekly basis for the month and out of that I convert just 25% into sales your salary will be - 12,000+2,000+3,000+ 20,000 (50- 400) = 37,000!
