Anaad - Overseas Admission Counselor (1-9 yrs)
You Will Be Responsible For:
1. Managing, retaining and growing the relationship with existing and potential clients
2. Adopting a consultative selling approach while driving sales conversations from cold leads to open sales
3. Timely Written/Verbal communication with students and their parents
4. Managing clients' expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving business targets
5. Creating win-win solutions for clients and establishing long-term partnerships.
6. Work on leads generated from Social Media and other marketing initiatives, Do online as well as in-person counseling.
Ideal Profile :
- Immediate Joiner
- Preferable, 2-5 years of counseling experience.
- Passionate Talker - amazing interpersonal skills
- Natural Sales Person
- Well organized and quick learner
- You thrive in a performance-based environment and are passionate about your personal growth and career development.
Education and Skills :
- Graduate, passed in/before 2018
- Post Graduate Preferred
- Hindi & English language - Expert/Professional Level
- Punjabi & Gujarati Language - Intermediate Level
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Natural Writer
- Amazing Presentation Skills
