Amway - Training Executive (3-5 yrs)
To undertake product and skill training and to track product performance area-wise. In the above area of work, is primarily responsible for:
- Support sales through Sales training
- Driving Productivity in terms of volume growth/ Pin Change/ Pin Retention through planned training interventions in the cluster defined
- Manage all channels of Training - ILT, e-learning & mobile learning in the cluster of control.
- Ensuring adherence to training schedule and budget for the cluster assigned
- Training infrastructure, event and program handling
- Training Evaluation
