Position - Customer Service Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar
Reports to: Cluster Operations Manager
Primary Responsibilities :
- Handling walkin customer / Distributor queries
- Regular & proactive communication with distributors on product launches, product availability, promos, new/ any policy changes, media information and performance levels
- Application entry, Orders Processing, ID card printing
- Coordination with Warehouse for complaint resolution
- Adherence of all Customer Service processes and maintaining timelines
- Data maintenance for the state in co-ordination with Regional office, Generating the required MIS report/ Day end reports
