Amway - Executive - Customer Service (1-9 yrs)
- Handling all queries, complaints & request at CS desk for all ABOs, PCs & Customers
- Regular & proactive communication with distributors on product launches, product availability, promos, new/ any policy changes.
- 100 % CMP usage for all queries, complaints. Issuance of CMP reference number to all ABOs
- Ensure facilitation & support to ABOs / PCs / Customer walk-ins at the office in case of any concerns expressed during their visit to the office
- PC Application entry
- Adhering to SOP for various Information Change Processes and uploading correct documents in the CMP Link.
- Correct, complete & professional communication (written, verbal) to all queries, complaints received through walk-ins & emails
- Adherence of all CS processes and maintaining timelines
- Close coordination with Amway Its standalone counters for all business / CS updates.
