Ample Properties - Assistant Sales Manager (2-3 yrs)
- Minimum of 2 years real estate industry experience in sales.
- Submitting Daily Work Report and Weekly Work Report monthly and quarterly report.
- To achieve required sales targets in the given timeframe.
- Maintaining leads follow-up and updating their comments on Customer Relationship Management.
- Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Converting Prospect clients to sales closure.
- Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
- Give advice to the real estate development team based on the findings.
- Help to Plan, develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
- Events Activity as and when instructed by Team head.
- High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
- Assisting and conducting site visits with clients.
- Mandatory: Laptop, smartphone and Conveyance.
- Office data protection is a key responsibility.
