- We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to grow our brand presence organically, engage our audience, and drive meaningful interactions across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy and Planning :


- Develop and execute an effective organic social media content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience preferences.

- Plan, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.

Community Engagement and Management :

- Foster meaningful interactions and cultivate a vibrant community of followers across social media platforms.

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Proactively engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to nurture relationships and drive brand loyalty.

Audience Growth and Acquisition :

- Implement strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth across social media channels.

- Identify opportunities to leverage user-generated content and encourage user participation to amplify brand visibility and advocacy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns, contests, and promotions to attract new followers and expand our social media presence.

Performance Analysis and Optimization :

- Monitor key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of organic content and campaigns.

- Analyze data insights and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization, adjusting content strategies and tactics accordingly.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Additional Information :

- This is a full-time position based at Delhi NCR.

- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate live events or social media campaigns.
