Ameotech Informatics is hiring for Business Development Manager/ BDE

Designation : Business Development Executive

Experience : 1yrs - 4 years

Salary : Decent hike on current salary

The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Responsibilities :

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities by searching prospect clients via various portals and social media sites

- Building business relationships with current and potential clients

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions


- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

- Actively participate in teams meeting and provide/take feedback from the seniors

- Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.

- Displays a positive attitude.

- Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.

- Sets high standards of performance for oneself.

- Actively applies feedback received to day-to-day work and strives to improve performance.

- Accurately completes and submits status reports in a timely manner.

- Complies with all of our policies and procedures.

Requirements :

- Experience or knowledge of lead generation and prospect management on IT portals such as PPH, Upwork, Freelance; social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

- Persuasive and goal-oriented

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with clients

- Excellent analytical and time-management skills

- Demonstrated and proven sales results

Qualification - Any graduate/postgraduate, having a computer science background is an advantage

Experience - 1yr to 4yrs in IT Bidding
