- Job Description:

- Building a solid inside sales / lead generation team that exceed sales goal.

- Understanding industries and competitors product, services and capabilities.

- Monitor productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals.

- Regular outbound/inbound calling to follow up on quotes, opportunities, and leads.

- Being prepared for every calls or meetings and respond in timely and accurate manner.

- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills.

- Maintaining communications by reporting and tracking problems.

- Coordinating with internally for commercials & product delivery.

- Ability to document, organize and summarize the data in complete detail.

- Providing technical information and explanation in customer relationship management systems.

- Develop quotations in cooperation with the senior based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customer or partners as assigned.

- Daily routine of follow up on quotes, opportunities and leads.

- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers.

- To provide direct & technical support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective ATPL customers.

- Report to Senior Management on Sales Metrics, Opportunities, and threat.

- Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

- A positive attitude and professional appearance along with the ability to build strong relationships with coworkers, customers and partners.

- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers. Provide Data quality checks weekly.

- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
