Key Account Manager

Selected candidates' day-to-day responsibilities include :

- On boarding new properties in the USA, UK, and Australia, to maximize our inventory.

- Maintain excellent relationship with a portfolio of our key student accommodation providers

- Communicating over emails or calls with the property management groups across the USA, UK, and Australia to maintain a good working relationship

- Working on weekly/monthly and quarterly performance reports and presenting it to management

- Research about new properties and markets to enter and keep a constant check via industry sources to improvise our business strategies.

Skills required :

- Excellent proven team player

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good online research and data analytical skills

- Good in MS-Excel usage

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field

Preferred if :

- You have experience in the real estate and hospitality industry.

- Extremely well versed with MS-Excel use and running reports as needed.

- Exposure in the international sales and business development role especially in USA, UK or Australia market.
