Job summary :

Do you want to be part of team that's on the journey to transform the way India Customers shop, while contributing to Greener Earth? Yes? Amazon Renewed is seeking a seasoned business development manager who is hungry for growth, and not afraid to try new business models to establish Renewed as a leader for Refurbished products in India. This candidate is someone who is comfortable in interacting with senior leaders of brands/manufacturers and Selling Partners.

Key job responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to) :

- Setting up business development framework and metrics for IN Renewed

- Cold calling brands and selling partners to pitch Renewed business opportunity

- Own the entire lead funnel from generating leads to leading it to closure

- Working with WW and IN stakeholders to replicate best practices

- Account Managing key partners to ensure Seller success

About the team : Amazon Renewed is a WW program and was launched India in Jan 2017 with a vision to build a trusted one stop destination for Customers to buy non-new products with the same trust and convenience as buying New products on A.in, while also enabling A.in Sellers to recover better realization for their returned products.

Basic qualifications :

- 3+ years experience in Business Development, preferably involving interaction with brands/large Sellers .

- Bachelor's degree required

- Passion for e-commerce is required. .

- Basic Microsoft office is must

- Should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Preferred qualifications :

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.

- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and brands/manufacturers is desirable.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
