Roles :
- Identifying the viable propositions
- Identifying and associating with strategic partners for Bidding
- Bidding for the Sector projects
- Project establishment and execution
- Risk assessment of the project
- Turnover and cash flow management
Responsibilities :
- Obtaining the viable projects
- Establishing the team and project execution
- Overall Incharge for SBU
- Planning and deliver the project
- Handling the Consultants and Clients
- Managing the contracts, contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile : BE/ M.Tech Civil ( MBA would be more preferred) with 15-20 years of relevant experience.
Nature of experience needed :
- Experienced in EPC and Boot projects
- Liaisoning skills with Govt. Authorities.
- Experienced in roads handled projects atleast for 5 years as PM
