About the Role :

- As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Amaha, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, generate bookings & leads, and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Manage end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.

- Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve campaign effectiveness continually.

- Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.

- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.

Qualification Required :

- Graduation in any discipline.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing focusing on digital channels.

- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
