Am2Pm Support - Customer Care/Support Role - Domestic & International Process (1-3 yrs)

We are looking out for young, energetic & dynamic individuals who aspire to make a career in a fast moving environment. Please note below mentioned responsibilities are not certain changes can be happen as per requirement.

- Understand route map of each project with operation head.

- Daily check and update on portal and clients' Mails.

- Team handling, assist operation head for preparation and submission of applications, the reply of mails.

- Keep a record of all important dates in the dairy.

- Coordination with clients.

- Identification of clients' needs and time-management abilities.

- Reporting of daily activity, number, and types of daily problems, number of projects completed etc.

- Take all approvals in written form and prepare records for future reference.

- Able to manage B2B process.

- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.

Requirement : 

- Ability to work on different projects

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

- Good communication skills.

- Looking for candidates ready to work in Domestic & International shifts.
