About the Client :

Our client is the events & conferences arm of a large media conglomerate. It was established to empower multiple industries and segments by sharing critical business knowledge through strategic conferences and summits.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving personal sales target.

- Responsible for achieving sales KPIs (Phone calls, Emails, market coverage).

- To generate maximum revenue on any given event.

- To meet or succeed set yearly and monthly Sales revenue targets by selling consistently to all call types with the following objectives: repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.

- To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events.

- To use the sales & marketing database to the maximum possible. You are responsible for all data within a sector which is monitored on a regular basis.

- Effectively communicates the value of our conferences to decision makers and other key executives who are potential attendees.

- Works closely with production, marketing and sponsorship functions to deliver successful events.

- Aligns conference offerings with needs of the prospective attendee. Is innovative in finding new ways to communicate the value proposition to prospective attendees.

- Responsible for collecting payments on own sales pre-event.

- Should be able to do internet research for product knowledge, lead research and to understand the pulse of the market.

- Reach decision makers (C Level Executives) and sell the benefit of attending our summits.

Desired Profile :

- High level of confidence to communicate with C level executives.

- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.

- Result orientated.

- Ability to strategically identify target audience.

- Conference experience / knowledge is a plus.
