Job Description :

The company is looking for a high performing Field Sales Associate to help meet customer acquisition, onboarding and revenue growth targets with a strong orientation in digital and metric driven analytical approach.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Monthly target achievement in terms of number of customers acquired and converted (Achieve new customer acquisition (Registration and Onboarding) target

- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly on boarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform

- Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation

- Enrich and maintain customer profile and update status in CRM

- Work hand-in-hand with customer success team for smooth transition of clients for repeat sales with minimal drop outs.

- Assist customers through their credit application journey

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:


- Engineer/MBA from Tier 2 institute. Selective very strong candidates with relevant experience without MBA may also be considered.

- 2+ years of Field Sales experience (customer acquisition & sales experience in B2B segment)

- Experience meeting customer needs, building customer relationships and knack for closing sales

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Self-starter and driven


Language Skills: fluent in English and knowledge of the local language

Must have :

- Driving license (2 wheeler): candidate will be expected to have/hire a bike in the city of work

- Local language and familiarity of having worked in the respective main cities.

Requirements :

- BE/Btech / MBA and 2-3 years of experience / Max 5-7 years.

- Experience preferably in sales of building material ( Steel / Cement / RMC / Paints / Tiles ), Steel , -Cement to be given highest order of preference.

- Behavioral Core Competencies: Resilient, Team player, quick learner, Achievement / Target driven and Attention to detail

- Has an experience in working with a client base of architect, builders, contractors, engineers
