General :

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the generation of new business revenue, as well as developing existing accounts with the focus being on new business development.

You are required to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.

Personality :

- Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers,

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.

- Cold- call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.

- Make outbound follow- up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross - sell and up- sell.

- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.

- Work with the co-founders to develop strategic partnerships

- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.

- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members

- Ensure follow- up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls - to - action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions

- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.

- Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.

- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.

- Develop knowledge and skills with the organization delivery domains.
