What we need :
Prerequisites for a BD Property Acquisition :
- Experience in a multi-site property role (preferably in the Real Estate or Coworking).
- Experience of taking out real estate inventory, dealing with landlords and surveying as per requirement
Job Role :
- To get property Options in the market suitable for office space leasing
- Shortlist properties as per mandatory checklist and show shortlisted properties to the Management.
- Fill Onboarding Checklist of shortlisted properties.
- Setup meeting with the landlord or broker.
- Measuring and valuing property.
- Finalise agreements and documents
