Job Role :

- Reach out to the entire customer base (outbound) periodically to check on medication adherence and efficacy

- Seize opportunities to build comfort with the patients and handhold them in navigating through renewals/refills accordingly

- Control churn and redress grievances within a specified TAT

- Gauge customer satisfaction and cross-sell/up-sell wherever applicable

- Analyse reasons for low retention levels among different customer segment and execute measures to improve it by coordinating with marketing, sales and fulfilment teams

Requirements : 

- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or Retention in a B2C healthcare startup/company is preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the company's growing customer base

- Knack for tele-sales and ability to pacify customers during escalations

- Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages is a plus

- Undergraduate degree

- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore (if needed) to work closely with the team
