Allround - Associate - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
- Establish relationships with prospects via outbound tele -calling .
- Coordinate with the prospects to ensure attendance in Introductory class
- Help the prospect in onboarding post trial for various courses offered by Allround
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Regular follow-ups with new and existing prospects
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met.
- Manage CRM Hygiene
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.
- Having a keen interest in the Indian education sector.
- Having a knack for sales.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be fluent in English.
- Salary Range(CTC) : 4.5-6L
