About the Role : 

- As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for responding to the customers and helping in solving queries.

Core Responsibilities : 

- Customer Service needs to respond promptly to requests for service & assistance as needed and follow up as needed.

Planning / Organization : 


 - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities/deadlines and shift priorities as necessary. Uses time effectively.

Problem Solving : 


- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Develops alternative solutions.

Judgement : 


 - Displays willingness to make decisions. Exhibits sound and accurate judgement. Make timely decisions.

Professionalism : 


- Approaches others in a tactful manner. Reacts well under pressure. Follow through on commitments.

- Detail Oriented Attention to details and accuracy. Proficient use of MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) and familiarity in maintaining a customer database and Internet navigation.

- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Desired Skills & Experience : 

- 1+ years of experience in Customer support in the Health sector.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Strong time management and decision making skills.

- Adaptability and accountability.

- Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written) & Hindi (Verbal) Language.

- Strong foundation in CRM systems and practices.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and professional interactive skills are necessary to perform at a high degree of proficiency.
