About the Role :

As a part of Customer Relationship - Ops team, you will be responsible for seamless experience for our patients and doctors and clear communication using internal tools and defined processes.

Core Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with patients and Doctors for seamless consultation experience for patients

- Preparing and formatting documents like prescription on MS word

- Prompt communication to the patients via CRMs to ensure patients are well informed about the next steps

- Answering patient queries related and ensuring best customer experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support Role in Health/similar sector

- Excellent communication, listening & interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)

- Graduate in any discipline

- Experience in using any CRM software in earlier company to manage leads

Some more useful information:

- This role will require work from office. Our office is located in Indira Nagar, Bangalore

- We have 6 days a week working policy

- Employees would be required to work in shifts

- Our working hours are from 8.00 AM (morning) - 9.00 P.M (night)

- CTC range - 2.5 Lakhs - 3.5 Lakhs basis experience and interview. Our CTC includes PF component as well.

- Medical insurance up-to INR 5 Lakhs is also covered
